To the folks at Pasta Fresca - Hats off to amazing food! My wife and I absolutely love the lasagna - we tell people about it all the time. The fact that even the noodles are made from scratch right there is awesome! Fresh and tasty. When you guys say "We insist on Quality", you really back that up!.
If you never had these guys before, try the Chicken Parm! Or the Cabbage rolls. Seems everything they touch is gold - their pizza is GREAT!

I have been coming to Pasta Fresca for a little over 6 mos; and am completely in love with your "pasta For four" deal. After a long day at a restaurant that I manage...well; enough said. I don't want to cook and the food that I take home to family is amazing! Thanks Kristine
In all of my dealings with Pasta Fresca, I have found the staff to be very helpful and eager to assist with suggestions. When I was planning my daughter's bridal shower, it was suggested that I try Pasta Fresca. I could not have been more pleased. Anthony helped me to plan a delicious buffet meal, which was prepared and delivered promptly and piping hot by his parents Toni and Frank. Our guests were very impressed with the tasty dishes, especially the stuffed eggplant. The serving portions were very generous and I was pleased to still have left overs for the next day. For the Stag and Doe, I relied on Pasta Fresca to provide an assortment of pizzas. Once again, the service and quality were outstanding. I highly recommend Pasta Fresca's catering service. When planning any event, no matter what size, the staff is most helpful, both with menu selections and servings. The food, from appatizers to main courses, is authentic Italion and delicious. It is always at serving temperature and consistently delivered at the time requested.

I haven't lived in Niagara Falls for over 6 years but I still make the drive from London every once and a while to stock up my freezer with the terrific sauces and pastas from Pasta Fresca. The chicken and pizza are also among my favorites. I love Pasta Fresca!!
Each and every time we have used Pasta Fresca's service for our catering needs, they have done everything possible to make it one notch better than the previous.
With all the stresses of organizing and planning an event, I was so happy to have the Conidi Family take care of the food. They took the time and patience to understand each individual order, and cater to the exact needs of one fussy group! The vegetarian's thoroughly enjoyed the aggplant parm, whaile the chicken cutlest... "superb!"
